Transfer Existing Programs to MIEB
MIEB can immediately take over your existing employee benefit programs and provide our comprehensive service model to you as well as your team members that are enrolled in your programs. You will gain our employer resources for all things related to your plan and HR, while your employees will gain a better understanding of your plan, become better consumers of health care, and overall walk away with a vastly improved level of plan appreciation.
In order to transfer your existing employee benefit plans to MIEB:
- Simply click on the link below to submit your company and current carrier plan information.
- MI E-Benefits will then provide you with the required carrier letters to transition your benefit plans to MI E-Benefits.
- MI E-Benefits will provide you with a separate letter for each carrier that you are transitioning to our team.
- MI E-Benefits uses the DocuSign system to make it easy for you to securely sign the transition letters.
- Hit SEND upon completing your signature, and our new working relationship is underway.
Start a New Plan
MIEB can simplify the process of installing a new employee benefit plan or simply a new line of coverage through our Start UP process.
It's as easy as:
- Click on the Start UP link and complete the employer information form.
- Click on the employee census form and complete the necessary fields of employee data.
- Submit both forms to MIEB.
- MIEB will immediately reach out to let you know that we have received the forms, confirm our intended market strategy direction, and start working for you.
- MIEB will provide you with a full plan strategy and pricing within 48 hours.
- MIEB will reach out to you within 24 hours of submitting our MIEB Plan Strategy to answer questions and lay out a Path Forward to kick off your new benefit plan.
